Emalene Grove is the Founder of ART. Having spent 20 years in the Aesthetic and beauty industries, Emalene has spent a lifetime studying to achieve excellence in all of those fields. Her experience has lead her from opening her first salon in 1995 which grew into the award winning clinic it is today A.R.T Aesthetic Rejuvenation therapies based in Billericay.

I have worked at A.R.T and for Emalene for the past ten years in various roles.
At present, I oversee the day to day running of the salon and am fortunate enough to work alongside an amazing team.

Since completing my level 2 and 3 training, I have been working at A.R.T in the capacity of a beauty therapist. I have loved gaining experience and building a rapport with my clients.

I have worked within the beauty industry for over 20 years and in this time I have worked with a lot of well known brands including; Elemis, Thalgo, Dermalogica and Dermaceutics.

Having qualified in 1995 in hairdressing & beauty therapy, I have spent most of my time working in salons. Since my initial training, I have developed my skills further with the big skincare houses.

Before joining the team at A.R.T, I had previously worked in the catering industry, working my way up to head chef. Following that, I joined the emergency services as an admin manager for them.

Having qualified as a headteacher and worked in the education sector for 13 years, I decided to take up a new challenge at A.R.T working for the School of Aesthetic A.R.T

I trained as a beauty therapist immediately after leaving school almost 20 years ago. I have worked in various different salons, spas and clinics over the years locally, in London and internationally including a contract on board a cruise ship

Taking care of the business my daily work routine includes control of daily takings, update of client records, staff work schedules, add new treatments and products. Monitoring client course treatments. Online bookings and client e Voucher purchases.
